Marvel Stadium Upgrade
Greenshoot Consulting has been engaged by Grimshaw on behalf of the AFL to undertake cultural and historical mapping and Traditional Owner engagement for the proposed upgrades to Marvel Stadium. Through consultation feedback from Wurundjeri, Boon Wurrung and Bunurong Traditional Owner groups, Greenshoot is now working with the Grismshaw and Greenaway design teams to embed Traditional Owner knowledge and culture into the redevelopment of the site.
Exhibition Reserve Masterplan
Museums Victoria has appointed the project team of Oculus, Greenshoot Consulting, Arup, Right Angle Studio, Finding Infinity and Buro North to develop a masterplan for the invigoration and protection of one of Australia’s key public precincts. Greenshoot Consulting have been engaged to assist in embedding Indigenous knowledge systems within a world heritage site and creating a platform for knowledge exchange with First Peoples, amplifying a voice which is currently missing within this culturally significant landscape.
Northcote Aquatic Recreation Centre
Greenshoot Consulting has been engaged by Warren Mahoney on behalf of Darebin City Council to undertake cultural and historical mapping and Traditional Owner engagement for the redevelopment of the Northcote Aquatic + Recreational Centre. Through consultation feedback from Wurundjeri Traditional Owner, Greenshoot is currently working with the Warren Mahoney and Greenaway design teams to embed Traditional Owner knowledge and culture into the development of the site.
Shepparton Art Museum - Aboriginal Engagement Plan
Greenshoot Consulting is working with the team at Shepparton Art Museum to develop an Aboriginal Engagement Plan to continue to strengthen a meaningful and reciprocal relationship with the local Aboriginal community as well as with First Nations artists and arts workers from across the country. The Plan is being developed through feedback from the local community as well as national visual arts stakeholders and will identify tangible actions to guide SAM’s activities to help reframe how it engages with Aboriginal artists and communities.
